Return Policy is committed to providing its customers with complete satisfaction. Ethnic Monarch strives to enhance the shopping experience of its customers while providing the best quality products and services.

To ensure the same, Ethnic Monarch is always ready and willing to go the extra mile for its customers. Ethnic Monarch will accept return if a customer is not satisfied with the fitting or colour but he or she has to return it within 1 day from the date of receiving it and that should inform us on with the proof of shipment with a consignment number. Customer will bear the shipment charges for this. W e will accept only unused products with all original packing material attached to it. Customized product will not come under this return policy only ready products ordered will be entertained.

In case you are unsatisfied with the product received Ethnic Monarch, you may contact the Ethnic Monarch team with your complaints/ feedbacks at info@ethnicmonarch.comwho shall revert to you at the earliest. 

Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.

In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities Ethnic Monarch recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, to minimize any chances of error:

- Try to choose as shown options to minimize errors.

- Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk is more if you choose the customization option.


On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that Ethnic Monarch may peruse the same in future, to avoid such occurrences in future.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact Ethnic Monarch at within 24 hours of receipt of product. 

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the Ethnic Monarch regarding the same.

In case of any other complaints, email Ethnic Monarch at, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Ethnic Monarch for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Ethnic Monarch does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that Ethnic Monarch shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, based on the customer’s emails.

All defective products being returned to Ethnic Monarch shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to the customer, shall have to be sent back to Ethnic Monarch within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Ethnic Monarch.

Safe receipt of defective product by Ethnic Monarch is the sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS.’

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then Ethnic Monarch shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for such alterations/modifications, Ethnic Monarch may use plain fabric of the same colour. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES. 


Ethnic Monarch shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.

Ethnic Monarch shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost. In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you, at the cost of Ethnic Monarch. 

Ethnic Monarch shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the altered/modified/alternate product alterations and modifications of the products.

Ethnic Monarch shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever. 

In the event of the error having occurred on the part of the Ethnic Monarch, it shall still bear costs of alterations/modifications.

Notwithstanding the above, Ethnic Monarch is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. Ethnic Monarch shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.


In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Ethnic Monarch is unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case of customer does not wish to select any alternate products, Ethnic Monarch shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.


Kindly note that credits against the Customer’s credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of Ethnic Monarch processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.


The details of the products or product specifications (weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on the website of Ethnic Monarch are only approximate values.

While Ethnic Monarch shall make all endeavours to ensure accuracy of the order of the product, however; there may occur variations in the colour of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of monitors.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on the website as against the actual colour of the product received.

The Customer may take note of the following:

1. The colours red, maroon and orange colours tend to reflect a different shade than other colours. There may be certain variations between the product of such colours as seen on the website and actual product.

2. The colours green and blue at times may overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colours.

3. Sea Green colour sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.

4. Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may tend to come off, despite all prudent care.
